Hartwig currently has a full-time opportunity available for a Field Service
Technician (Service Engineer) in our Mountain Region based out of
Aurora, Colorado. This proactive individual will inspect and perform service
on our customer's equipment, preventing expensive failures from occurring
and keeping their CNC Machine Tools running at peak performance.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HARTWIG SERVICE ENGINEER:
Travel to your customer site in your Hartwig truck to install,
troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tool equipment and controls.
Conduct high quality, efficient and timely repairs, preventative
maintenance inspections, and machine/tooling installations.
Train your customer on proper service and repair procedures for existing and
new machines.
Develop and maintain a strong relationship with internal departments and
external vendors to resolve issues related to installations, service,
and/or repair.
Recommend modifications and/or improvements to machine/equipment, and
processes.
Continuously review existing processes and searches for improved methods.
Accurately document information required for work records and reports.
Travel required.
TO JOIN THE HARTWIG TEAM YOU SHOULD MEET THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience repairing CNC machine tools
Passion for delivering best in class customer service
Valid driver's license in state of primary residence required. Driving
record must permit insurability.
