Monday through Thursday: 5 am to 10 pm
Fridays: 5 am to 9 pm
Saturday and Sunday: 7 am to 5 pm
Key Responsibilities:
Creates, implements, and trains all staff on standardized work routines for cleaning of the facility and laundry services.
Performs daily walkthroughs to visually observe the facility, inspect equipment for potential issues, and inspect the performance of the housekeeping team.
Recruit, train, develop, motivate, and evaluate direct reports as needed to meet the demand of services.
Works closely with the campus facilities department and the campus building lead to ensure operational readiness.
Makes or arranges for the necessary repairs, including replacing or modifying components and/or parts.
Ensure pool and spa chemicals, and water quality are up to county specifications. Perform preventative maintenance on all pool lines as needed.
Assists with fitness floor and front desk shift coverage.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
One (1) year of previous supervision experience.
One (1) to two (2) years of custodial experience in large/high volume commercial buildings.
One (1) year of previous fitness facility or similar facility maintenance.
Current Certified Pool Operator certification or ability to obtain one within 60 days.
Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification or ability to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
Bilingual in Spanish/English.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the institution.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Attention to detail.
