Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Perform new-hire orientation and on-boarding in an efficient and effective manner.
Receive and enter new hire or rehire employees into the HRIS system in a secure and meticulous manner. This requires attention to detail and ensuring all information is entered in an accurate and efficient manner.
Track and understand types of errors occurring on new hire paperwork and perform training with project administrators to correct deficiencies when they occur.
Assist in the development and training of project site administrator training and perform the training via PowerPoint, zoom or conference calls.
Support payroll
Assist in the development of HR related training for office and project resources

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience
Must be capable of keeping all information confidential and protected
Working knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and procedures.
Efficient and skilled at Data Entry Experience with UKG Pro software null
