MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Selling parking permits to students, staff, faculty, and visitors on a
busy university campus.
Answer questions and provide excellent customer service in-person and over the
phone (heavy walk-up traffic and phone volume)
Input citation appeals and payments received via mail
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma required, some college preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Internet experience
Good communication skills--verbal, written, and email--with customers from
diverse backgrounds and cultures
Strong customer service background required; retail background a plus
Ability to problem solve
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with co-workers in a
close, fast-paced, high-volume environment
