Education and Experience:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in a related field such as communications, marketing, or business is preferred, or equivalent direct industry experience.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a role related to creative operations, production coordination, or a similar field, with a strong understanding of the creative process.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external freelancers.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, ensuring all logistical aspects of a shoot are meticulously planned and executed.
- Creative Understanding: Basic understanding of creative processes and the needs of photographers, videographers, and content creators during shoots.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with standard software applications for managing inventory, schedules, and databases.

- Computer, Printer, Scanner
Software:
- Experience with standard project management tools and software, such as Monday.com, SharePoint, or similar platforms, is preferred.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Physical Activity: Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, use fingers to grasp, handle, feel, and perform repetitive motions of hands or wrists.
- Exertion: Exerts up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
- Attention to Detail: Close mental and visual attention required to perform work dealing primarily with preparing, analyzing, and interpreting data and figures, using a computer terminal, and/or extensive reading.
Environmental Conditions:
- Work is performed in various environments, including a typical office setting, on a photo set, or in a warehouse. The role may require driving a van to transport equipment or materials to and from locations. The individual must be adaptable to different working conditions and capable of handling the physical demands associated with each environment.
