Job Description: As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, your main responsibility will be to ensure accurate and timely management of all Accounts Receivable functions, maintain up-to-date billing systems and carrying out billing, collection and reporting activities. Responsibilities: Generate and send out invoices and account statements. Follow-up on, collect and allocate payments. Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines. Process adjustments, refunds, transfer bills, mail returns and perform manual sales. Regularly monitor customer accounts for nonpayment and delayed payment. Check account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, trade promotions, customer service departments, and customers.
