What to Expect
Consistent delivery of an approachable refined hospitality experience

Share your thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menu in order to answer all questions from guests and team
Inputs all orders into the POS system accurately
Clear and reset tables when needed
Demonstrate an understanding of our steps of service
Engage in communication and active listening to effectively deliver accurate messaging to both guests and teammates
Perform opening and closing side work
Responsible to monitor, restock, and replenish service item par levels, inventory and supplies
Ensure work area is in compliance with health codes at all times

You Should Have:
Energetic, outgoing and sincere about providing hospitality.
Experience working in a high volume restaurant and cafe environment
Strong ability to work under pressure while maintaining a graceful, warm presence.
Motivated to continue learning
Maintain an understanding of the proper steps of service required of all FOH service positions
Creating delicious smoothies, bowls, and juices
Prepping our menu offerings with detail and care
A high level interest in wellness and nutrition
PHYSICAL AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Must be able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift.
Must be observant and quick to respond to various situations while also multitasking and handling stressful situations.
Must be able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend, climb and carry objects as necessary.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
Must be able to work in a fast pace and high-volume environment in the presence of areas containing high noise levels, bright lights and dust and communicate during this time – sometimes within a small area.
Must be able to work inside and outside at all times of the year as needed, based upon business volumes.
