What you’ll achieve
Reporting to the VP of Customer Growth Marketing, the Global Consumer & Small Business Growth Marketing Senior Director, is responsible with accelerating our customer centered growth. You'll have an opportunity to influence Dell's Consumer & Small Business growth strategy.
Keeping customer privacy at the center and leveraging machine learning - artificial intelligence, automation and the latest marketing technology stack. Our team thinks big, starts small, and learns fast.
Closely monitor the acquisition & post purchase machine, identifying and analyzing trends or opportunities and sharing insights across the teams (marketing, sales, and product). You will design growth loops that compound over time
Develop hypothesis, planning and analyzing lift-based experiments on channels (FB, Google, Affiliate, Partnerships etc., etc.)
Deepen our understanding of where the most impact can be made in optimizing the important metrics like CAC, LTV, Media ROAS, New vs. Repeat buyer %, etc.
Analyze customer behaviors and marketing spend returns to shape our P&L / Annual Operating Plan

Proven Direct-to-consumer (DTC) growth marketing expertise. We value clarity of thought, deep understanding of Marketing Technology stack, interpretation of statistical results and modern analytical pipe
Experience in managing a large, global and diverse team
High degree of self-awareness with growth mindset
Strong executive presence and stakeholder management with the ability to influence and build consensus
Solid teamwork, with comfort and proven ability to drive success in matrix environments
Requires 15+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Typically requires 10+ years diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization and people motivation skill in a Product or Marketing function (DTC preferably)
