Performs entry-level administrative support work. Work involves performing a wide range of administrative and office support work for the department in support of traffic data collection. Employees at this level perform assignments following specific instructions and are subject to frequent review by the immediate supervisor. Essential Duties:Assist in performing inventory of materials, supplies, and equipment, including populating surplus materials forms.Assists in processing routine documents such as vouchers, personnel records, titles or registrations site summary reports.Assists with general warehousing duties such as stocking and issuing materials and supplies, maintaining records, and maintaining warehouse areasMaintains traffic data files, records, and logs using Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Microsoft Access, and ESRI ArcGIS Pro.Performs preliminary research on assignments and gathers pertinent data.Performs routine word processing duties and conducts quality checks of documents created.Performs other job responsibilities as assigned.
