Help develop and maintain TIE's ADK (Assembly Design Kits).Create and maintain scripts to assure the compatibility and integration of simulation (Hspice/verilog), physical verification, and parasitic extraction collateral within our ADK.Developing innovative physical design place and route methodology and flow solutions to meet current and future design challenges.Working closely with EDA vendors to evaluate their capabilities and drive future improvements to meet our wide range of design needs (multi-material, multi-physics)Participate in establishing physical design methodologies, flow automation, chip floorplan, power/clock distribution, chip assembly and maintaining the flow infrastructure and automation for our internal design and modeling teams.Support TIE's standard cell offerings and drive validation/simulation/emulation capability around those standard cells.Providing technical leadership, mentoring and customer support for our internal design and 3D modeling teams.
