Manage and evaluate program outreach and recruitment initiatives for the E4Texas program at the University of Texas at Austin, including designing and distributing promotional materials.Develop and implement strategies to increase internship and employment opportunities for E4Texas students both locally and statewide.Establish and maintain relationships with community partners related to the recruitment, outreach, internships, and employment of E4Texas students.Work with agencies and office staff to ensure that student referrals and tuition paperwork are processed.Teach and support the E4Texas students. Survey students and community participants, evaluate results, and determine if project objectives are met or if improvements are needed.Other duties as assigned.
