Description:
This person should have around 3-5 years of previous experience in a Systems/Cloud Support role as well as some network support experience. Ideally this candidate will have spent a bit more time on the systems side of things rather than network. They should also have some familiarity with AWS and Azure cloud support. Their servers are primarily hosted in AWS and they use Azure AD. They should also have experience with basic route switch skills.
Day to Day work may include:
Oversee Cisco Meraki devices and manage switches and Access Points
Monitor alarms and outages
Work with teams to put monitoring in place. Define alert based on request and handle platform management.
Network and systems troubleshooting.
Some On Premise Server support
Manage networking tools
Spinning up Cloud Servers or new databases
