WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Works autonomously to program and troubleshoot.

  • Collaborates well with technical teams and customers.

  • Delivers high-quality solutions.

  • Interface with and train customers on installed equipment/systems.

  • Maintain communications with customers and technical teams to resolve customer issues.

  • Master trainer and mentor to others within the team and to customers.

  • Leads the programming and successful setup of installed systems and platforms.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • Minimum five years, an average of 10 years of experience with the installation and service of enterprise-level physical security systems and platforms (Access Controls, CCTV, Intrusion / Burglar, etc.)  

  • 7+ years of experience Proficiency in programming acrossmultiple platforms and systems.

  • Expert knowledge of access control,CCTV, and other security systems.

  • Expert in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.

  • Can resolve advanced-level systemissues.

  • Mentors and develops others within thetechnical team.

  • Serves as a master trainer and SME.

  • Responsible for network documentation.

YOUR ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The physical environment requires the employee to work inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear; utilize personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to potentially hazardous materials, lift (overhead, waist level) from the floor, bending, frequently utilize near vision use for reading and computer use; be able to handle semi-frequent stressful conditions (cardiovascular), frequently work in outdoor weather conditions, frequently move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, occasionally ascend/descend a ladder, operate a motor vehicle, frequently position self to maintain computers or other equipment as needed.

On-call for critical systems maintenance may be required. First shift hours Monday – Friday, with occasional 2nd or 3rd shift and weekends depending on project schedules.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Travel as necessary to support company and customer needs.
