Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic Technician
Job Description/Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined with experience in handling electrical systems, particularly 220v and 3-phase 480v.
We are looking for candidates with experience in bearing changes, sprocket replacements, motor and alternator repairs, and extensive conveyor systems.
Perform maintenance and repairs on pumps, boilers, conveyors, sensors, motor controls, ABB robotics, and Fanuc Palletizers.
Operate and maintain all plant and facility support equipment, including but not limited to ammonia refrigeration system, HVAC systems, Steam system, ect.
Essential Skills
At least one year of maintenance experience in a production environment.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Automation: ABB or Fanuc experience
Conveyor experience: hightoll and interlock conveyors
Motor controls and VFD's experience
