We are seeking a motivated and ambitious EH&S Leadership Development Associate to join our team. This position is designed for early college graduates looking to jumpstart their careers in Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S). The Associate will participate in a comprehensive two-year leadership development program, gaining hands-on experience while supporting our EH&S initiatives.
Essential Functions
Assist in the development and implementation of EH&S policies and programs.
Conduct site inspections, assessments and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.
Support incident investigation processes and analyze data to recommend improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
Participate in and/or lead site safety committee meetings.
Lead training sessions and workshops to enhance EH&S knowledge and skills.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
Engage in projects aimed at improving workplace safety and environmental performance.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Occupational Health, Safety, or a related field (recent graduates preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of EH&S regulations and standards is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willing to relocate and travel
