Forming part of the Biotechnology segment at Danaher, we bring together dedicated technical expertise and talent to develop the next generation of life-changing therapeutics.At our location in Bad Kreuznah, the product engineer for Cytiva is responsible optimal manufacturing methods and processes for producing company products from start-up, building the product line, through satisfactory production.

What you’ll do:

· New Product Introduction; this involves creating and addressing project requirements for new product designs, encouraging innovation and sustainability.

· Product, Process and Equipment Validation: this involves validating, testing and planning (including data review and test regimes based upon knowledge and experience).

· Working with initiative, prioritizing tasks appropriately, while maintaining a cross-functional team approach.

Who you are:

· Action-oriented with an analytical mindset, constantly optimizing work processes.

· Collaborate across teams at Cytiva, Pall, or external entities, building trusted relationships and achieve work-related goals.

· Understand product performance, develop robust processes accordingly.

· Achievement mindset, bias for action, and initiative.

· Global travel ability as needed (about 10% travel).

Qualifications:

· Experienced product engineer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience.

· S ubsequent experience in product development or manufacturing.

· Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

· Familiar with multiple software platforms, procedures, and techniques.

· Familiar with process validation procedures and techniques (IQ, OQ and PQ) documents for new products, processes, and equipment.
