Envista Holdings Corporation Trainer Supervisor in Baja California Norte, Mexico

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled training supervisor to implement industry-leading training programs for our company. As a training supervisor, you will be required to assess current training and development systems, develop new training programs, implement measurement tools, and provide feedback. You may also be required to conduct research to identify specific staff training needs.

To be successful as a training supervisor, you should be proficient in training methodologies and demonstrate superior teamwork abilities. Ultimately, a top-class training supervisor can quickly assess the needs of the company and design specialized training programs to enhance productivity.

  • Design and manage training programs and certifications.

  • Provide expertise in development design.

  • Identify training needs and provide recommendations on programs and activities.

  • Guide managers and supervisors in developing training skills.

  • Conduct staff training

  • Ensure 100% of production personnel is trained to perform their operations.

  • Develop and improve the Trainers skills

  • Maintain records and provide participants with feedback.

  • Automate training management with the use of technology.

  • Continue improving the training processes as needed.

  • Design training policies and procedures as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in field of expertise.

  • 3 years minimum experience in similar role.

  • Certified Professional in training management is a plus.

  • Outstanding knowledge of learning theories and training methodologies.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of learning and assessment protocols.

  • Bilingual (written and spoken)
