Jabra Project Manager – Life Cycle Management in Ballerup, Denmark

In the role as Project Manager for Life Cycle Management you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. Working from our HQ in Ballerup, you will make sure that in-market products, are continuously supported, and developed throughout their lifetime.

The position will be responsible for planning and facilitating the Sustaining Board with mission to maximize stability and growth of In-Market product portfolio.

The Team You Will be Part of

Taking up a cross-functional role, you will manage a large range of activities surrounding engineering management & support of in-market products and complex solutions.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, across R&D, Product Management, Sales, Jabra Support, Operations and Quality functions.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Work with in-market product life-cycle management to deliver continuous support, development, qualification, and implementation of Jabra video product updates.

  • Take ownership of escalated product support cases, perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis together with other R&D engineers to deliver a solution for our customers.

  • Driving the Sustaining Board governance to secure full alignment between stakeholders and agile decision making.

  • Act as a technical liaison between the engineering team and external partners, providing technical expertise and guidance when required.

  • Participate in product design reviews, offering valuable insights and suggestions to enhance product quality, reliability, and user experience.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and proactively propose improvements to existing products or processes.

  • Show clear leadership and take ownership of assigned tasks – never assume things are happening by themselves.

  • Generating mitigation plans to satisfy established project/ program guidelines.

  • Communicate progress, risk and status to management and other key stakeholders.

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you are a proven Project Manager with solid technical skills who can:

  • Understand complex technical design and architecture.

  • Execute through project teams and key experts, inspect, and adapt plans continuously.

  • Manage stakeholders proactively and effectively.

  • Strong communicative ability

  • Have an MSc. in Engineering or other similar and relevant education, given our product systems are highly complex innovative technical systems.

  • Have some years of experience in leading complex technical projects.

  • Arefamiliar with project management tools and Agile methods.

  • Have an excellent command of English, both spoken and written.

The role will require good collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work with multiple teams across functions and borders within an international organization, requiring you to know how to handle high technical complexity, innovation, and quality-focused work.
