Description/Job Summary
Provide administrative support to the Facilities Dept. Track and monitor purchases. Entering requisitions into Banner.
Responsibilities/Duties
Organize and track Facilities information, data, time and resources
Provide quality customer service, information and assistance to employees, students and visitors
Manages reception area and conference rooms
Maintains office equipment and common area supplies
Enter requisitions in Banner.
Track and monitor all requisitions.
Composes letters and memos for review and approval
Greet visitors, answer phones, and responds to inquiries.
Assumes ownership of service issues and works within scope of authority and appropriate guidelines and resources to meet
needs and resolve problems.
Works to develop and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers, customers and students
Prepare agendas and take minutes for meetings
Seek out customer input to better understand their needs and develops ideas for how to meet those needs.
Promptly responds to request and inquiries with accuracy and courtesy.
Works to develop and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers, customers and students.
Plan events and activities in advance to ensure that all assignments are completed in a timely and quality manner
Contact vendors for quotes and assist the facilities department with tracking inquiries and requests.

Required Qualifications
AA Degree in a related field
At least 5 years work experience in a Facilities Department
At least 5 years working in a high pace and high demand department/organization.
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
