Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Custodial Services Worker Lead, specifically overseeing Quality Control. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and overall quality of various areas within the stadium, including seating bowl, concourses, suites, restrooms, stairwells, ramps, and perimeter. This role requires the ability to closely monitor the cleaning process, identify differences in quality across areas, and communicate any areas that consistently show little to no improvement. The Custodial Services Lead Worker cleans and maintains assigned area(s) to meet customer and client satisfaction and may be responsible for oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the cleaning services operation. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct thorough walkthroughs of the stadium, including all specified areas, to assess cleanliness and quality.
Keep track of differences in quality across various areas and communicate any repeated issues to relevant personnel.
Possess knowledge of what to look for in quality control, including cleanliness standards, safety hazards, and maintenance issues.
Monitor the cleaning process closely and ensure adherence to the designated timeline.
Document findings by writing or typing out detailed notes from walkthroughs.
Take pictures during walkthroughs to provide visual evidence of quality standards and email them to managers or supervisors.
Utilize office equipment, including copy machines, for administrative tasks related to quality control.
Understand that quality control inspections have a strict deadline of 7:30 am and must be completed regardless of weather conditions (e.g., sun, rain, snow).

Qualifications
Previous custodial experience required
Previous experience in a supervisory or related role preferred
Must have the ability to work independently with limited supervision
Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals
Maintains friendly, efficient, positive guest service demeanor towards guests, clients and co-workers
Adaptable to guest needs
High attention to detail and ability to identify cleanliness and maintenance issues.
Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with cleaning staff, managers, and supervisors.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in writing and typing to document inspection findings.
Basic knowledge of office equipment, including copy machines.
Willingness to work early mornings and in various weather conditions.
Physical ability to walk the entire stadium and traverse stairs, ramps, and other areas.
Previous experience in quality control or similar roles is preferred but not required.
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
