Robert Half HR Business Partner in Baltimore, Maryland

Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a HR Business Partner in Baltimore, Maryland. This role involves managing and administering human resources policies, procedures, and labor agreements for agency management. The HR Business Partner will also advise agency employees, supervisors, and managers on human resources matters and coordinate departmental in-service training programs and detail oriented development.

Responsibilities: • Supervise Workday business process and payroll tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. • Conduct audit reports and prepare payroll preliminary reconciliations to rectify issues and concerns. • Make recommendations on classifications, reclassifications, class specifications, salaries, employee benefits, and human resources practices and procedures. • Advise employees, supervisors and managers on human resources matters. • Maintain confidentiality for all human resource-related activities. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role

• Proficiency in the use of Workday software is required

• Must possess strong skills in Compensation Analysis

• Experience in Compensation & Benefits management is necessary

• Must have solid knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required

• Must have the ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization

• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on accurate and timely analyses

• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
