Purpose of Role

The Lead, Digital Adoption will play a key role in contributing to the development of our end users’ technical/IT skills to meet organizational needs. The Lead, Digital Adoption will plan and implement adoption programs in a way that is engaging and meaningful to our user base. They are an evangelist and promoter of our IT services offering.

The primary responsibility of the Digital Adoption Lead is to create and implement IT OCM strategies and adoption plans that maximize employee usage and education, while minimizing resistance. This individual will work to foster a competitive edge as we work to use all our tools, boost confidence, and allow for team building, all while protecting our technology infrastructure. These improvements will increase employee engagement, productivity, retention, and commitment to Under Armour’s mission.

Your Impact

  • Apply a structured methodology and lead all Digital Adoption initiatives

  • Devise a strategy for assessing digital adoption needs, then create OCM programs/content/artifacts

  • Prepare communication material (presentations, worksheets, etc.)

  • Interact daily with all levels of the organization to create strategies for Project implementations to support adoption of the required changes

  • Establish key performance indicators to determine Digital Organizational Readiness program effectiveness and priorities for course correction

  • Establish and maintain a global intranet site to bring awareness to IT initiatives and provide teammates with a one stop shop to stay informed about all user impacting changes. Develop a repository to host all training/communication material that can be referenced by teammates

  • Work closely with IT Project Management, IT Change Management, and Corporate Learning & Development functions to prepare an effective training and communication schedule and agenda

  • Create reports with data on completed courses, issues, and absences, then report progress to leadership

  • Initiate surveys to monitor and evaluate effectiveness of all communication programs, then make improvements as necessary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with typically 8 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with typically 6 years of relevant experience or typically 12 years of relevant work experience without degree.

  • Previous experience as a technical trainer, corporate trainer supporting large-scale organizational training efforts

  • Technical experience using tools like ServiceNow, Power BI, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.

  • Expert in how-to video creation and presentation skills

  • Background in ITSM/ITIL, building service catalogs, etc.

  • Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects

Base Compensation

$93,358.00 - $128,367.80 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
