Job Description Summary
As a Product Engineer focused on the gas turbine repair process, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency, quality, and innovation of gas turbine repair process. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the technical aspects of the repair process, from initial diagnostics to final quality assurance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance repair techniques, develop new methodologies, and ensure compliance with GE standards.

Roles and Responsibilities
Perform daily tasks related to product repair process at shop
Review customer requirement as well as GE specification to define clear and correct work scope
Create and improve related product repair work instruction
Initiate and implement engineering project for continuous improvement related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost saving purposes
Monitor the repair process and see potential improvement in engineering subjects
Manage engineering disposition for any discrepancy found during repair process
Become auditee for any product audits together with quality team
Monitor the implementation of lean in the product line at shop
Create condition and final repair report for customer while adding any details related to specific customer requirements
Proactively solve problems related to product repair process at shop
Responsible to maintain repair hours and costs during product repair.
Collaborate with quality team for any quality improvement projects and external issue resolution
Required Qualifications
Diploma on Engineering major (such as mechanical, materials, metallurgical, and other related majors)
Minimum work experience 3 years in manufacturing industry
Working knowledge of Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams)
Understanding of manufacturing processes (such as welding, heat treatment, machining, coating)
Have experience to manage machine and equipment programming is a plus
Have experience in inspection process is a plus
Ability to interpret engineering drawing
Understand Lean concept and its implementation

Strong oral and written communication skills both in Bahasa and English. Ability to document, plan, and execute projects
