SUMMARYUnder direct supervision, responsible for examining materials for quality and defects.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Perform routine and repetitive inspection procedures to ensure quality levels at various stages of production.
Inspect in-process and/or finished production for conformance to production quality assurance standard.
Fill the document during inspection.
Follow standardized and routine written directions and visual aides for assigned production quality assurance inspection operations.
Ensure all materials submitted for visual inspection are processed in a timely manner in accordance with company and customer requirements.
Ensure that assigned area is clean and organized.
Work direction may additionally be communicated verbally through visual aids and set-up sheets.
Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Vocational high school or equivalent required.
At six months to one-year experience.
Or a combination of education, experience and/or training.
