Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, configure and develop Designing substation network architecture of control systems and participate testing
Support equipment testing (technical inputs, equipment evaluation) as
Produce high quality documents and specifications
Develop logics & HMI related to primary equipment monitoring & control, Load shedding, load sharing, PQ controls, Synchronization etc.
Knowledge in communication protocols
configure controller, protocol gateways, data concentrators on various communication protocols
Support for FAT & IFAT for above mentioned systems.
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
Experience in designing substation network architecture of control systems.
Experience in S/W & H/W & test experience with any SAS (Substation Automation System)
Must have knowledge on utility communication protocols like IEC61850, OPC Modbus, DNP3, IEC101,104 . Good to have knowledge on TCP/IP, PREFABS, Profinet , Fieldbus SPA.
Good to have knowledge on Convergence of IT & OT, Cybersecurity etc.
Hands on experience on developing logics & HMI related to primary equipment monitoring & control, Load shedding, load sharing, PQ controls, Synchronization etc.
Hands on experience in configuration of controller, protocol gateways, data concentrators on various communication protocols.
Hands on experience in working with various manufacture IEDS on IEC 61850 protocol in creating *.IEC, ICD, CID, SCD files.
Hands on experience in producing documents ranging from pre to detailed engineering , FAT & IFAT for above mentioned systems.
Knowledge on network engineering & IT development ( PC handling, Windows application, PC configurations virus scanners, interface backups)
Hands on experience on multi-vendor IED engineering & commissioning in electrical protection relay application.
Knowledge on digital IOT - preferrable
Experience of Asset performance management solutions covering condition monitoring & asset reliability & integrity , predictive & prescriptive analytics
