Our Business Analysts are members of a techno-functional team specialized in upgrading and migrating CREW products and other airline operations management solutions / modules as part of the CREW Manager suite for various airlines across the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, conducting and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems, cross-functions and cross business domain.

  • Works on mission-critical high value(revenue) projects with large scale customer impact.

  • Represent all customer (e.g., large, small, corporate, leisure) and industry needs with his knowledge expertise; leads team of SMES.

  • Serve as lead conduit between developers, architects, designers and with external and internal customers.

  • Leads cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems solutions.

  • Provides consultation to users in detailed functionalities of automated systems.

  • Provides technical/functional consultative direction in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.

  • Supports Development staff by addressing functionality questions, reviewing testing plans, resolving EPR issues, directing training on new products, leading deployment to customers and maintaining feedback mechanisms.

  • Provides guidance and direction to less experienced business systems analysts.

  • Prepares input to and/or proposals, functional requirements, presentations and reports for existing and potential clients.

  • Creates process engineering and/or business flow assessments to ensure appropriate design of solutions.

Job RequirementsPreferred Experience / Skills:

  • 3+ years related experience as a business analyst with working experience in CREW or Airline Operations Management or similar experience (preferred)

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience strongly desired.

  • Programming with object facing language such as Java/C#/Delphi/etc

  • Business requirement analyze with logic thinking and logic drill breakdown

  • Proven Analytical skills.

  • Good understanding of database concepts and working knowledge of SQL & basic understanding of Linux and Windows platform

  • Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Java applications

  • Basic knowledge of Unix commands

  • Must be organized and be able to multi-task and work in all areas as needed

  • Prior experience/knowledge on Cloud platform is an advantage

  • Proficient English written and oral communication skills.

  • Identify problems and be able to determine when appropriate escalation is required

  • Experience with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP)

  • Ability to identify problems, root causes and apply solutions proactively

Preferred Technical Skills

  • DBMS: Oracle, SQL

  • Operating Systems: UNIX, Linux and Windows

  • Microsoft Tools: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SQL Developer

  • Programming languages and other tools (desired, not required)
