Job Description:
Responsibilities :
Responsible for Service Support, Annual Maintenance contracts, Repairs in regions.
To work in shift basis at assigned Key account.
Timely closure of calls, first time right, improved customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with respective stake holders internally to meet customer expectations.
Qualification:
Diploma/ Degree in electrical/electronic engineering
6-8 years of experience in field of Machine tools
Knowledge about commissioning & trouble shooting of Sinumerik controls, Systems, Drives, and motors is necessary.
Willing for extensive travelling on short notice.
