Kyndryl, Inc. Integrated Service Manager-Service Management Process Integration in Bangalore, India

Your Role and Responsibilities

Providing a holistic view of the customer’s environment

As a member of the Account Management team making recommendations to improve overall customer service.

Establishes and fosters a relationship with the client by Ownning and driving Kyndryl deliverables for that client

Provide an integrated Management system to ensure and lead key processes are fully supporting the delivery of IT services in line with Kyndryl commitments to the clients.

Strong account technical awareness and knowledge of customer environment

Pursuing recommendations, ensuring that services and components designed and able to deliver the availability targets

Assumes additional responsibilities in support of the account commensurate with the other members of the account team

Able to works Independently based on Analytical Skills and Business Knowledge

Works closely and supports Team Management

Primary point of contact for service levels and issues for customer

Support Account planning/strategy

Responsible for Security and audit compliance, reviews & actions

Provide agreed Kyndryl/business with single point of contact into account team as well as leadership and direction to the Service Delivery teams

Own level of service quality and Service Delivery performance working with the account

Support the account in the management of contract change and service related issues

Attend joint agreed Kyndryl/business/Project team meetings, as appropriate

Ensure communications on day-to-day service operations are delivered to appropriate customer staff and the delivery team

Communicate service interruption, root cause analysis, action plans, capacity/performance trend analysis and issues to agreed Kyndryl/business contacts

Workload prioritization, Project delivery as required

Manage service within MIR process

Develop service action plans based on root cause analysis, trends and customer inputs

Participate in process improvement with the agreed Kyndryl/business areas

Provide direction, input to strategy goal setting and prioritization for Service Delivery team

Support accurate asset management accounting and control

Provide timely and accurate Internal reporting.

Ensure that IMACs and Service Requests are actioned in line with contract commitment.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Professional working proficiency in English language, both written and oral

High school degree
