Lead Engineer
Primary Responsibilities:
Manages task based to small projects with minimal guidance from Program/Project engineering group.
Responsible for developing the project plan, project schedule, resource plan and project budget with the project team.
Closely monitoring project cost every month and reporting the same to project team. Highlight any deviations in cost and get the required approval.
Must be able to communicate to multiple stakeholders and resolve issues effectively on time.
Performing critical path analysis and utilizing earned value management.
Tracking and monitoring project milestones.
Responsible for tracking engineering metrics like On-time delivery, Quality, etc.
Deploying Project Management methods and procedures to ensure adherence to lay down PM practices.
Identifying Risk triggers and applying Risk Management practices to mitigate/avoid project Risks.
KPI reporting to different Business Units as a part of COE team.
Supporting Project get through Internal and external audits (IPA, IQA and BSI).
Must be able to coordinate with vendor in meeting the resource requirement for the project team.
Basic Qualifications:
4 to 7 years overall experience with exposure to Scrum Master roles and experience in Data Analytics domain.
B.E/B. Tech -- Software/Communication/Electronics/Electrical
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient in MS Project Professional including resource loading and critical path analysis.
Experience in Software development using Agile & Dev Ops methodologies required.
Tableau and Power Bi Tool knowledge will be a plus
Knowledge on IWA (Inter Entity Work Transfer) required to enable cross functional team
Good analytical skills
Six Sigma /ACE /Continuous Improvement/Lean experience
Certifications in PMI-PMP, or Scrum Master, will be a plus
