Eaton Corporation Manager Sales -PD in Bangalore, India

What you’ll do:

  1. Achieve sales target for the territory for Low Voltage Products

  2. Map & target new customers /projects/expansions in the assigned territory.

  3. Effectively pursue, make proposals and close sales in close coordination with Business Development Team.

  4. Get Approvals from End Users and convert OEM’s.

  5. Carry out effective sales promotion activities.

  6. Guide Service team for service related opportunities in existing/new customer base.

  7. Identify and appoint distributors able to support penetration efforts.

  8. Train distributors on products and applications.

  9. Maintain updated intelligence on competitors, pricing , products and channel developments.

  10. Ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction.

  11. Work closely with business development team and successfully negotiate project sales.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with Master’s degree in Engineering is highly desirable .

• Minimum of 6 to 9 years field sales experience is recommended.

Skills:

• Requires product application knowledge for switchgear (ACB’s, MCCB’s Control Products, LV Drives & Soft Starters, MCB’s, BBT), switchboards, circuit breaker components, and/or motor control centers as well as working knowledge of the electrical industry.

• Requires solid negotiation skills and market intelligence.

• Strong interpersonal skills.
