The Senior Payroll Specialist India role for Cytiva is part of the Payroll team located in Bangalore and will be Hybrid. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
· Ensure precise and punctual payroll processing. Implement reporting metrics for informed decision-making and resolve queries efficiently.
· Collaborate closely with finance to secure funds for payroll and lead compliance audits for process integrity.
· Develop and document payroll policies, manage vendor transitions, and streamline processes for improved efficiency and accuracy.
· Provide support for employee queries. Engage with key stakeholders to communicate progress and address escalations effectively.
The essential requirements of the job include:
· 6 years India payroll experience with regulatory expertise.
· Ensures accuracy and compliance with proactive, detail-oriented approach.
· Meets strict deadlines with high-quality standards.
· Collaborates effectively in global teams.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
· Strong payroll technical expertise.
· Demonstrates commitment to excellence and proactive problem-solving.
