Software Technologist II – IGT MoS
Summary
You will be part of IGT systems Mobile Surgery. MOS is a leading innovator in image-guided therapy in the Mobile C Arm space.
Leads the application software based on Software/Functional Requirements Specification
Performs development and functional unit testing of the code.
Skillset in C++ & C# with WPF based application development for Windows 7/8/10 for touch based systems
Contributes to Features/User stories for modules/SDS /Test strategy
Provides technical guidance in a technical, functional/domain area and participates in technical decisions
Creates (detailed) design within specified top level design
Participates in peer reviews for project artifacts and ensure the quality of deliverables
Supports in project estimation, planning and risk management activities
Keeps abreast of technical developments in own field through study, technical contacts and propagate it
Good communication skills , debugging skills on Windows
Guide and mentor team members
Job Description
Bachelor's degree/ Master's Degree in Computer Science Engineering or Equivalent
Overall 8+ years of experience in software development
Strong programming experience in C++ & C# with WPF on windows
Experience working with Philips C++ GUI libraries is a plus
Experience & firm knowledge in software design concepts and design patterns
Experience in the system design and implementation of complex, multi-generation, SW products.
Experience with Agile methodology, tools and practices. SAFe Agile exposure would be desirable
Familiar with client-server and distributed environments
Proven working experience in global, multidiscipline environment
Preferable - Exposure to healthcare domain
