A DAY IN THE LIFE…
Collaborate with relevant function business to understand their trends, collect their needs to translate into robust functional competency development framework and training solutions
Support Functional Leaders and SMEs in the design/deployment of their Functional competency frameworks and ensure the continuous update of the related contents in line with the evolution of the business needs and of the professional families.
Collaborate with the Instructional Designers to ensure the design and build of the L and D solutions using the right tools and approach to meet the target audience needs at the optimal costs.
Support the organization and the rollout of the global L and D portfolios at relevant organizational level.
Leverage Dashboards, Learning system and Learning Effectiveness metrics to drive the evolution of the L and D portfolios.
ARE YOU A FIT?
At least 5+ years of direct experience in Learning and Development.
Significant experience in course design and facilitation.
5-7 years of relevant experience requiring strong business partnership and consulting skills such as Training, OD, Talent or HRBP roles.
Knowledge and experience in new digital learning platform is a plus.
Good interpersonal skills: actively energized and engaged others is preferable.
