Job Title : Senior Associate, Systems Management

Employment Type : Regular, Full-time

Set-up : Onsite

Location : Rama III, Bangkok

Schedule : 8:30AM to 5:30 PM Bangkok Standard Time

As a Senior Associate, Systems Management , you will leverage your expertise in the operation and management of IT hardware, software, communications, and/or application solutions. This includes the resources required to plan, develop, deliver, and support properly engineered IT services and products to meet the business’ needs. You will also prepare new or changed services, manage change processes and performance of systems and services, in relation to their contribution to business performance. Additionally, you will also apply technical skills to support the operation and maintenance of vendor products, services, and solutions and typically have responsibility for sizing, troubleshooting, and critical client situations.

The role entails advancing and optimizing the enterprise monitoring environment through script development; offering expert guidance on adoption and expansion best practices; overseeing administration, architecture, and management of agents, dashboards, reports, and alerts; participating in system upgrade planning and execution; staying abreast of platform developments; ensuring the performance and capacity of monitoring/job management tools; providing support for diverse systems; and maintaining comprehensive documentation on architecture and operational processes.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other relevant degree is a must.

  • Requires at least 3 years of relevant experience in application monitoring and systems integration.

  • Prior impressive background in system management and technical support is a must and is critical to the role.

  • Prior background in scripting languages to automate tasks and manipulate data is a must.

  • A solid understanding of operating systems (such as Windows, Linux, or Unix), networks, and software systems is required.

  • Prior working knowledge with enterprise system management operation, especially in enterprise system monitoring, observability, visualization ,and dashboard is required.

Preferred Skills, Qualities, and Capabilities:

  • Exceptional verbal, written, project management, presentation and communication skills is highly appreciated.

  • Impressive technical, analytic and problem solving skills combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems.

  • Basic knowledge on SolarWinds, SiteScope, Zabbix, Grafana, ELK, Ansible, Splunk is highly preferred.

  • Prior background with any of the SQL database is strongly encouraged.

  • Impressive programming abilities is highly appreciated.
