This partnered company is seeking an eager candidate such as yourself to
come and join them!
The Administrative Assistant job inBangor, Maineis responsible for
answering and transferring phone calls, and basic office functions such
as filing, emailing and customer service. Youll have a solid
understanding of how to manage confidential files, while also creating
and maintaining strong professional rapports with clients and customers.
This is a full time, 1st shift that is temp to hire.
Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
High School Graduate or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask
Skillful using MS office suite including Word and Excel
Must be familiar with business operations at the corporate level
Strong ability to work well independently and within a team
environment
Determined and goal oriented
