This position is responsible for scheduling and controlling the daily working arrangements of staff and monitoring the clinical protocols/workflows. The Practice Operational lead is responsible for clinical staff competencies, training, education and quality maintenance. This role will help ensure the necessary resources are available to support optimal clinical practice. This position also provides clinical project support for their assigned practice(s), which includes data gathering, workgroup participation and facilitation. The position will support process improvement related projects and partners with practice managers frequently to identify and address gaps in the process and improve workflows. This role combines the clinical and business aspects of health care to ensure the departments are running efficiently and providing quality patient care.

Education: Trade or Technical School (Certificate or diploma)

Experience: 3 – 5 years
