JOB REQUIREMENTS: MSA is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Graduate Engineer - Water (Wastewater Engineering) to join our dynamic team in our Baraboo, WI office. In this role, you\'d work with a team and contribute to the successful execution of water & wastewater projects. Wastewater engineering consultants play a vital role in safeguarding the environment and public health by ensuring the efficient and sustainable treatment of wastewater. This position offers a dynamic and challenging career for professionals dedicated to making a positive impact on the world through their engineering expertise The work you may do Perform planning, design, and construction-related tasks for water, wastewater, and utility projects Data Tabulation & Analysis Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing facilities and identify areas for improvement and compliance with relevant regulations Preparation of technical reports Collaborate with clients, vendors, and other engineers during assessments, alternatives analyses, and designs Research and recommend innovative technologies and approach to improve treatment processes Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant engineering principles. Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling and documentation. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
