Description:
Plan, oversee, and coordinate day-to-day maintenance of building, equipment, and machinery
Set expectations to ensure that EHS objectives and plans are achieved
Ensure Preventative and Responsive maintenance programs are in place
Lead the development and application of predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, and critical processes
Assign daily jobs and tasks, documentation, coaching and development of team
Helps with repairing, maintaining and troubleshooting machinery
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
MUST HAVE:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 5 years of electrical (60%) and mechanical maintenance (40%)
Minimum 3-5 years supervision
Electrical - 110v, 240v, 480v, 3 phase, AC, troubleshooting PLC's and hydraulic components
Mechanical - Bearings, pneumatics
Open to 5% of job is turning a wrench
