  Position Summary: : Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment: Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices.

  Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A

  Essential Duties:

• Controls incoming and outgoing material for BCR on a daily basis. This includes operating supplies, repair & maintenance material, and tool crib items. Items are physically received, verified, and then entered into Oracle.

• Initiates daily inventory sheets for the Tool Crib. Random samples of inventory are assigned to tool crib operators to do cycle counts. The Ship/Rec Clerk reconciles these counts to MP2.

  Additional Duties:

• Provides miscellaneous courier services when urgent materials are required.

  Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED (from an accredited University).

  Preferred Qualifications:

• At least one year in a related (Shipping & Receiving) role
