Your key responsibilities

  • Estimate Raw Material needs based on forecasts and historical consumptions.

  • Analysis of Purchase Requisitions and creation of Purchase Orders to selected suppliers.

  • Follow up of orders, from creation until delivery on site, ensuring availability of RM for use in production.

  • Accurate and timely communication with external and internal stakeholders to enable fast troubleshooting, agile changes to our production plans and superior service level for our customers.

  • Collaboration with other departments for resolution of invoicing discrepancies and vendor returns.

You bring

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics or similar discipline.

  • 3 years of experience working in Planning roles.

  • Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, cross-functional environment.

  • Experience with SAP (R3/APO), Kinaxis Rapid Response is a plus.

  • Good Microsoft Office skills.
