This is an apprentice opportunity for a hands on person willing to study refrigeration and Air Conditioning qualification NVQ level 2 and 3, whilst undertaking on the job training. In this role you will undergo a comprehensive training programme in order to become a qualified HVAC Service Engineer. Seeking candidates from the South East of England region for this role.
Ideally, applicants will hold a current driving licence as they will be required to travel to customer sites as well as spending time in our rental Depot in Basingstoke. Applicants must have qualifications in English, Maths, Science and a Technical/Engineering biased subject. Applicants must be conversant with using computers, be self motivated, eager and committed to continue their learning and development.
The role will primarily be responsible for preventative maintenance of equipment.This an entry level role that works under direct supervision and will use cutting edge software and technology, along with a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
