  • Expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory by supporting direct sales of ULs products, systems, and/or services to UL’s small/medium customers.

  • Ownership of the inbound lead process, conducting discovery discussions to establish client needs and supporting colleagues to ensure industry leading reactivity and customer experience.

  • Identifying and pursuing prospects through various lead generated activities, including: tradeshow, direct mailing, advertising, cold-calling, on key industry players and referral program.

  • Meeting with prospects to understand their purchase decision makers, decision making process criteria and their needs.

  • Developing, leading and conducting sales presentations to the highest profile/potential clients.

  • Providing value propositions, handling objections, preparing quotes and closing sales.

  • Retaining existing customers that are not managed by account management teams.

  • Coaching and mentoring colleagues on effective direct sales skills and sales processes.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field.

  • Sales experience preferred but not essential. This an entry level position for a Graduate with well-planned training programs.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to solve complex problems.

  • Great communicator able to present dynamic solutions to customers.

  • Availability to travel to client meetings.

  • Knowledge of medical devices and IT Technologies would be a plus.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM would be a plus.
