Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full Time Social Worker (MSW) for the Atlantic Hospice division to work 8AM-4PM Mon-Fri.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Candidate will be able to assess and provide appropriate interventions to help support the emotional and psychosocial needs of seriously ill patients and their families' patients.
Candidate will be able to work as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Candidate will be knowledgeable about Insurance regulations.
Candidate will be knowledgeable about community resources.
