Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search for a Receptionist/Office Support to work onsite in Bay Port, New York.

Pay rate: $20.00 – 24.00

Monday-Friday : Approximately 9am-3pm

Start date: May 1st, 2025

Type: Temporary for 4-6 weeks

Location: Bay Port, New York

Responsibilities and job duties:

  • Mailing/printing/photocopying

  • Handle lunch orders, monitoring where the staff is (construction workers there is a daybook with hours in there)

  • Matching packing slips

  • There is a lot of staff around to help and help train.

  • Answer phones

  • Filing

  • Other administrative and office support work as needed

  • Match packing slips

Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Outlook

  • Prior applicable experience

  • Construction office/admin support is nice to have

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
