LINQUEST CORPORATION Junior Operations Research Analyst in Beavercreek, Ohio

Description LinQuest Corporation is seeking a full-time Junior Operations Research Analyst to join our team in San Antonio, TX; Colorado Springs, CO; or Dayton, OH. US citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance is required. The selected individual will serve on an analysis team of operations research analysts, operational military subject matter experts, and threat subject matter experts. The analysis team is responsible for providing analytic support across a myriad of disciplines to support the government analyst team. US citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance is required. Responsibilities: Analysis of Large/Complex Problems Iterate Requirements with Customers Provide Strategic Analytical Guidance Develop Analyses Plans Design Test Plans Promote Best Practices Nurture Company Culture Required Skills and Experience: B.S. or higher in Operations Research, Mathematics, Probability, Statistics, or other technical degree At least 1 year of experience in the application, education, and/or development of analytical techniques and solutions Excellent oral and written communication skills US citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance is required Preferred Skills and Experience: Master's in a relevant field Experience leading teams of analysts in various decision support capacities SAS SPSS Java Tableau R Python MS Office & VBA Experience within the DoD or as a Defense Contractor working as an analyst Compensation for Colorado: The salary for this position ranges from approximately $60,000 to $80,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
