We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our fast-growing team and support our mission to build market-leading, innovative enterprise exposure management solutions. Responsibilities

  • Lead product definition and work closely with engineering and partner teams to deliver value to customers.

  • Share responsibility for the long-term vision of the product and own the vision for specific areas within the product.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the security posture and posture management markets, industry, and customer needs.

  • Partner with customers, including strategic customers, to learn about their needs and work with them to validate our solution through the product discovery and development processes.

  • Create and manage product backlogs, drive execution, and manage outcomes.

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

  • Communicate clearly about project progress, risks, and accomplishments on behalf of the team.

  • Define and track key performance indicators to measure impact and use data to drive decision making.

  • Partner with local and remote teams, including security experts, data scientists, engineers, designers, and other product managers.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in product management for large-scale enterprise products or services.

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity risks, threats, and various security domains is preferred.

  • A strong background in cybersecurity, such as previous experience as a Product Manager for an IT/Cybersecurity product or as an analyst/researcher, is highly preferred.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team and foster collaboration across groups.

  • A strong interest and curiosity in technology, the market, and customers.

  • Be relentlessly customer-focused, have an agile, “ship it!” mentality, be technically proficient, and use data and customer feedback to drive decision making.

  • The ability to handle complexity and ambiguity, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven ability to write specifications and manage cross-team projects and dependencies.

  • Fluency in both Hebrew and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
