Job Description
Leverage LEAN methodology to drive business result.
Assist BU/function Leadership in the development of LEAN roadmap, problem solving and build the sustainable standard work.
Implement, improve and sustain foundational sales effectiveness processes including lead generation, funnel management, sales effectiveness and daily management.
Identify best practices within region and share across GEHC. Directly provide formal and informal LEAN training and coaching.
Improve LEAN training and facilitation skills by pursuing certification in LEAN tools.
