RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver Annual Sales Target, Territory Plans and Strategies
Manage the distributor to perform the following functions to achieve In- Market Sales Target.
Manage the distributor to perform the following functions to provide professional Surgeon Support
To perform the function of distributor support and monitoring
Market Situation Feedback
To review, build up and modify the sales team structure, account allocation and regional
Monthly/weekly business reports to regional Sales Manager
Organize monthly/weekly distributor meeting for the territory or region so as to review the update customer account issue.
Perform other related functions and responsibilities as directed by Manager.
Industry Experience:
Develops and maintains new business, works closely with Physicians to become a source of education and information. Gains respect and trust with internal and external customers quickly.
Previous experience in coaching and mentoring staff.
Good understanding of the industry process and function; able to convincingly discuss the industry process and function with customers, as well as internal and external experts.

Tertiary qualifications in biomedical / engineering / medical science / human movement or related field (Coronary Care Nursing/Cardiac Technician) essential.
Additional tertiary qualifications in business management are advantageous.
