LinkedIn is positioned to help Chinese companies seeking to grow overseas including both university and social recruitment given LinkedIn’s global membership base of 800 million.  This role is part of the LTS Growth Marketing team in China, who will primarily focus on the strategic planning and demand generation on customers seeking the talent solutions with overseas hiring.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our product, audience, persona and buyer journey

  • Be responsible for the Marketing Sourced Bookings target and the respective lead generation targets in China

  • Manage stakeholders across global and local APAC teams that include Global and Country Marketing leaders and Sales leaders

  • Optimize the existing lead gen engine by building a framework and rigour around demand management and performance tracking

  • Generate data-driven insights to unlock new growth opportunities

  • Design and execute demand generation and customer lifecycle campaigns to drive new logo acquisition and growth through upsell and cross-sell especially in the SMB segment

  • Be responsible for the web strategy in APAC and how that aligns with the global web strategy

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of acquisition marketing/digital marketing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business Acumen: You don’t see marketing in isolation, but sees it as a revenue driver for the business

  • Digital strategy: You understand how digital channels work together in taking the customer from awareness to purchase to renewal and growth

  • Quantitative analytical skills. Forecasting experience and storytelling through data is a plus

  • Excellent communication, project management and negotiation skills

  • Strong leadership, relationship building and collaboration skills; ability to influence global and regional stakeholders, drive decisions

  • Experience either working on the brand side or digital agency/consulting company

  • Experience driving B2B marketing campaigns and programs especially in the SMB segment

  • Experience in Salesforce, Tableau and SQL is a plus
