Job Description

The Lead Hardware Integrator leads the Hardware teams and coordinates the Hardware activities for the program. Has responsibility for hardware delivering plan and execution, BOM maintains and ICV rolling up, material tracking, etc...

Duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Prepares and owns the Hardware Integration Plan for the program.

  • Reports HW integration risks and issues.

  • Lead engineering prototype tracking and availability.

  • Works with LSI to support FRU stock.

  • Maintains the system ICV. Owns the ICV calculation for both products and FRUs.

  • Maintains Parts Tracker, Product Structure, Release Schedule, supports identifying long lead-me items.

  • Ensures detailed prototype material tracking and availability for bay and target integration, regulatory testing, verification, and validation.

  • Works with Manufacturing to obtain production material for V&V.

  • Works with LSD and maintains excel BOM of product, including BOM structure and parts tracker (essential output, spare yes/no, drawing and BOM release schedule, long lead-time items identify, etc.)

  • Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.

  • Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Master or bachelor with 5 years working experience in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical engineering, or closely related discipline.

  • 2 years relevant work experience.

  • Has the hardware design knowledge and background.

  • Has experience in medical device industry.

  • Proficient in the use of PPT, excel and project software.

  • Demonstrated ability to pursue tasks to completion.

  • Good English in both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MR related experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-starter, energizing, results oriented, and able to multi-task.

  • Demonstrated problem solving ability and results orientation.
